Payment Methods
Sterling Classes may accept payments through authorized payment methods displayed at the time of registration or admission, which may include online payment gateways, UPI, cards, net banking or other approved methods.
Payment Confirmation
A payment will be treated as successful only after confirmation from the applicable payment service provider or Sterling Classes’ payment records.
A bank debit or payment attempt alone does not necessarily mean that the admission or registration has been successfully confirmed.
Incorrect Payment Details
Students/parents are responsible for entering correct information while making a payment.
Sterling Classes should be contacted promptly if an incorrect amount, duplicate payment or other payment issue occurs.
Failed Transactions
If money is debited from your bank account but the Sterling Classes system does not show a successful payment, please contact us with:
- Student name
- Registered mobile number
- Date of transaction
- Amount
- Transaction/reference number
- Relevant payment evidence
We will verify the transaction with the applicable payment service provider.
Duplicate Payments
If a student or parent accidentally makes more than one payment for the same service, the duplicate transaction may be reviewed and handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Payment Gateway
Payments may be processed by third-party payment gateways. Sterling Classes does not generally store complete card or banking credentials submitted directly to the payment gateway.
Fees and Charges
The applicable course, batch, registration or service fee will be communicated before payment.
Any applicable taxes, gateway charges or other charges will be handled according to the applicable transaction terms.
Payment Does Not Always Guarantee Admission
Payment for a registration or reservation does not automatically guarantee admission where final eligibility, documentation, seat availability or other admission conditions remain pending.
Refunds
Refund eligibility will be determined according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy applicable to the relevant course, batch or service.
Payment Disputes
Payment disputes should first be reported to Sterling Classes so that the transaction can be verified and resolved where possible.
