How we create and check learning content

Sterling Classes publishes study material to help students understand a defined course, subject and chapter. Some notes may use AI-assisted drafting. We use structured learning paths, automated quality checks and human feedback workflows to improve the material over time.

1. Defined academic path

Every study note is attached to a specific learning path such as course, subject and chapter. Public samples show that context clearly so students can judge whether the material matches what they are studying.

2. AI-assisted drafting, where applicable

AI can assist with drafting explanations, examples, revision points and practice material. AI assistance is a production tool; it does not replace the student's textbook, official syllabus, teacher guidance or professional advice.

3. Automated publication checks

The Sterling content workflow validates note structure and readable HTML, checks for minimum usable content, and includes compatibility checks for the Sterling AI Reader. Public sample pages use an additional quality gate so thin or placeholder notes are not promoted as indexable samples.

4. Feedback and correction workflow

Logged-in students can report content that needs improvement or is inappropriate. Faculty review tools support suggestions and corrections. Management can review, edit, regenerate or replace material when an issue is found.

5. Public samples vs. student library

Selected substantial lessons are available as complete public samples without login. The complete enrolled-course library, AI Teacher, tests, revision tools and personal progress remain inside the student experience.

6. Dates and transparency

Lesson pages show their latest update date where available. Public samples also identify their course, subject and chapter so the source context is visible rather than presenting anonymous or disconnected text.

Important academic note

Educational content can contain mistakes or become outdated when syllabi change. Students should verify high-stakes facts against the current official syllabus, prescribed textbooks and teacher guidance. If you find a problem, please use the feedback tools or contact Sterling Classes.
